Благодаря полурегулярной структуре нанопор и заданной шероховатой поверхности между john b обеспечиваются особые условия возникновения ГКР усиления. Технология формирования серебряных пленок позволяет управлять размером и периодичностью нанопор для получения максимального усиления ГКР сигнала.

Было выдвинуто предположение, что частицы вирусов при осаждении на такие подложки могут взаимодействовать с наноструктурами поверхности (захвачиваться ими), что способствует генерирации легко обнаруживаемых усиленных сигналов Рамановского рассеяния.

ГКР подложки были использованы для детектирования четырех john b вирусов: вируса миксоматоза кролика, вируса собачьей чумы, вируса табачной мозаики и X вируса картофеля. Для каждого вируса были получены john b проанализированы специфические спектры. Анализ данных продемонстрировал возможность успешной идентификации протестированных видов вирусов. Полученные результаты показывают, что новый тип ГКР подложек пригоден для обнаружения john b идентификации частиц вирусов.
